Riversong

This summer we were involved in the North Shields 800 celebrations,

'Riversong' is an original script written by North Shields resident Raymond Anderson.

Told in narrative form from the perspective of the mighty river Tyne,

it incorporates poetry and collaborative songs from Linskill Community Choir,

this took our audience on a journey through North Shields history.

The narrative is complimented with sound effects and incidental music

further embedding the story into the minds and hearts of the audience.

We have really enjoyed being part of the  wonderful 'North Shields 800' project

and the feedback we have received has been fabulous!!
